Banquet Facilities Rental

The features of our banquet facilities include:

  • Air Conditioned Banquet Hall with Bar
  • Full Kitchen
  • Stage & Dance Floor
  • Seating for up to 150 people
  • Outside marquee for advertising
  • 40 x 60 Pavilion with snack area and restrooms
  • On-site parking

Rental Fees

Banquet Hall Rental $100.00

Bartender Fee $40.00 (5 hours)

Kitchen Rental $ 50.00

 These facilities may be rented by a club member, or a member may sponsor a guest for the rental.

Conditions of rental:

1. The Association will collect a $100.00 security deposit, which will be returned if the following conditions are met...

  • If the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
  • If all privately owned equipment and materials are removed from the premises immediately following the event.
  • If all trash is bagged and placed in the dumpster immediately following the event, and new bags are placed in the receptacles.
  • If the facility is cleaned and returned to previous condition within 24 hours of use. Premises will be inspected by the lease rental coordinator.

2. If an outside caterer is used, the caterer is responsible for providing all products used. Association inventory will not be permitted to be used.

3. All beverages, both alcoholic & non-alcoholic, must be purchased from the Association and consumed on the premises.

4. Only bartender's provided by the Association may be used. A payment of $40 will be collected for the first five hours of bartender's service. After five hours, the lessee shall pay an additional $10 per hour to the bartender.
